SPEAKER BIO: Fabrice Marmousez has 27 years of professional experience, including 25 in public accounting. He is a French CPA as well as a French statutory auditory, has a diverse background and specializes in providing tax services to a variety of privately held entities, international owned-family groups, and individuals.

As a former PwC France Partner, Fabrice has been the Northern regional leader for the tax, audit and due diligence practice dedicated to Privated Client Services (PCS).

He has experience working with professional service organizations in domestic multi-state and international structures. More specifically, he is specialized in assisting French speaking U.S. taxpayers, businesses and companies regarding their U.S. tax compliance.

Fabrice leads RSM's International Private Client Services (iPCS) and France Business Services for the South East region. He has significant experience with tax accounting for both U.S. and French frameworks: corporate and individual tax, Permanenet Establishment and transfer pricing matters, international financial and tax reporting (individuals and corporates).

Fabrice is able to answer to foreign individuals or entities' questions when relocating to, starting or developing business in the U.S.
