Speaker Bio
Timothy C. Martin is the owner/operator of Martin Law Office, P.A., a solo practitioner law firm focusing on animal law, business law, estate planning/probate, LGBT advocacy, and real property. He earned his B.A. from Ohio State University and his J.D. from Barry University School of Law with an Honors Certificate in Environmental Law, Jurisprudence, and Justice.
Tim is a member of The Florida Bar, Hillsborough County Bar Association, and St. Petersburg Bar Association; member, director, and secretary of Florida Association of LGBT Lawyers and Allies, Inc.; member and director of Pride Bar Alliance of the Southeast; member of the Ferguson-White Inn of Court; member and former co-chair (2016-2018) of the HCBA Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee; former member and chair of the SPBA Diversity Committee; member of Class IX of the Florida Bar’s Leadership Academy (2021-2022); and member of Florida Bar’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee 2020-2022, and Grants Subcommittee (2021-2022).
