Joint Meeting with the Clearwater Bar Association

Rachel Drude-Tomori, Esq., LL.M.

Battaglia, Ross, Dicus & McQuaid, P.A.

Are you still using the same old "vanilla" trust for all of your estate planning clients? Are you still forcing clients into antiquated "A/B" trust plans when there is no real estate tax benefit? Do you want to set yourself apart from your peers but find that estate planning software lacks creative drafting options? Do you ask the right questions to ensure that the plan you create is custom-tailored to address your client's unique family dynamics and estate planning goals? During this one-hour presentation, Rachel Drude-Tomori will share her method of creating exceptional estate plans that really work and go above and beyond the industry standard. She will share stories about solving unique planning challenges, and, best of all, sample provisions that you can incorporate into your documents to provide exceptional service to all of your estate planning clients.

The luncheon meeting will be held at Ruth Eckerd Hall, Margarete Heye Great Room located at 1111 McMullen Booth Road, Clearwater 33759. The meeting will begin promptly at Noon with the opportunity to network at 11:30 a.m.
