A general view from the bench regarding administration and litigation of probate and guardianship cases.  Particular problem areas will be discussed including:

• Establishing lost wills
• Pay on death and joint accounts in guardianship cases
• Homestead issues in “co-ops”
• Notice requirements
• Claims in Summary Administrations
